Services
From the very beginning, Evergreen Veterinary Clinic's mission has been to serve families and their four-legged members with exceptional veterinary care. Many of our staff have been members of the Evergreen family since its opening, which helps us stay true to the warm, inviting atmosphere we're known for.
Our team of veterinarians is passionate about what they do. We strive to help and heal each animal that walks through our doors every single day. And it doesn't stop there. We're also dedicated to building relationships with our clients as well, which is why many of our vets are multilingual and able to serve you in your language of choice.
Annual dental exams and cleanings are recommended to protect your pet from many health problems and help them maintain a healthy and clean mouth. Proper diet and nutrition can help your pet fight against disease, maintain a proper weight, and promote the overall well-being of your pet. Annual wellness exams evaluate your pets overall health, detect problems before they become serious, and keep them on track to live a long, healthy life. We're equipped to perform routine radiography services to identify many types of illness or injury when pets are sick or suffer a trauma.
If you think your pet is having an emergency, please call us at (408) 238-0690 for advice if it is during our business hours. Depending on the circumstances, we may have you come to us straight away or refer you to one of our local 24/7 emergency referral hospitals.

Inconsistent service with receptionists, sometimes you get someone on the phone who's very knowledgable and courteous, other times - the opposite.

Been going here for decades, but lately its turn into a bad experience. The past couple of times, the receptionist is super rude. The last time i called for an appointment and left a message for an appointment, they never returned the voicemail. Not sure if they're going out of business or what

Dr. Scott is great and patiently to provide her medical advice, and listen to the details of symptoms my dog had when we visited there, the charges are decent too. I strongly recommend Dr. Scott to my friends and relatives whenever if their pets need medical treatments.

We have been coming here for 6 years with cats and dogs and are thrilled with the staff and the services. Our corgi required emergency surgey (after eating a nylabone) and they were caring, honest, upfront with pricing and really cared about our pup! I appreciate the options for days/times for visits as it can be tough to get 3 animals to a vet on a Wednesday at 5:30 - Saturday and Sunday appointments available to boot. Thanks

My family has been bringing our cats here for at least 10 years but the last few times I've went I've felt so disrespected and honestly just sad. I guess the first red flag was when they shaved my elderly cat's whiskers off and lied saying they'd grow back. poor thing was already off balance but now it was worse and stayed that way until he passed away.

Even after this I still gave them a few more chances. My oldest cat(shaved whiskers) had to be euthanized recently and we were so thankful to be allowed in to say goodbye. The vet was really nice but once my cat had passed they just left us in the room with his lifeless body for literally like 30 minutes all throughout which we kept letting anyone we saw know that we were done and we had our time with him.

We expected someone to guide us through payment or give us some sort of indication that we could leave. Especially since this is during COVID we didn't think we should leave the room they left us in just out of respect for their business and safety. Eventually after numerous attempts to get their attention they finally take his body away and say "we'll bill you, sorry for your loss" ok thanks lol.

More recently my other cat had gotten in a cat fight and had a wound we wanted to get checked out. It didn't look too bad that I could see but from what I understand it was worse under the surface. They said it was an abscess and needed to be cleaned along with oral antibiotics. When they bring him back out to the car I'm not able to see him through the carrier but I ask if he needs a cone since it sounds like an open wound and easily scratchable being near his head.

I was surprised when they said no he should be fine but I just assumed it wasn't as bad as i thought. When I get home however, I see my cat has a bloody hole in his head the size of an olive and about half an inch deep. I call back because I'm sure he would need a cone in order to heal and one of the receptionists say "well they sell them at the pet store." and hung up.

I had just paid over $200 for them to "treat" my cat and they can't give me a little piece of plastic for free? Classy, really shows they care about my cat right. I was disgusted at this point but I assumed the checkup a week later that THEY SCHEDULED was free like it should be and always was in the past. As they hold my cat hostage they call me and say "visa or MasterCard?" Apparently rechecks are now about $50, almost as much as a full examination.

I start to panic as I wasn't prepared to pay for a recheck. By this point I'm crying as I ask if they could bill it to my house so my parents could pay for it and they say "sorry we no longer do that :)". I'm truly embarrassed I gave them so many chances, but not as embarrassed as I'd be to work here.

I brought my new kitten in for an appt. today and must say that the service was phenomenal. I was a bit on the edge because my 1st born fur child is a bottle baby aka I fed him so he tends to get aggressive with other people. Dr. Lee personally came out to speak to me about the new kitten and what we can do to calm the older children down and get them adjusted to the new kitty.

All went well and I went home much more relaxed and at peace. I am very much so appreciative to Dr. Lee and her staff. Thank you for outstanding service, compassionate care, and also for being so very dedicated to my family and our pets. Love Jakubovic - Celosmanovic - Stanisic Family

Wonderful place to go. We have been taking our dogs here for years. Everyone is very friendly and they truly care about your pet. We have been to a few other vets in the area but no other place comes close. Dr. Scott is awesome!

The staff is always super friendly here. they've been taking care of my "kids" for over 20yrs. Dr's Scott and Arvizu are my favorite, the most personable and very comforting when talking to you about your pet. Dr Matre is good as well, but more straight to the point. I had one experience with Dr Louie over 10yrs ago and was horribly disappointed

Evergreen Veterinary Clinic is the place to go to alleviate your worries and concerns about your pet. I recently had my 10 year old Westie get into some problems, but Dr. David Louie took care of him really well. He was very reassuring with my dog's problems and gave his honest yet comforting opinion. I bombarded him with phone calls multiple days in a row.

He was very understanding towards my dog's situation both medically and financially. Thanks to him, my dog is alive and well, and I didn't break the bank to have it happen. THANK YOU DR. LOUIE

I have mixed feelings about this veterinarian. The staff here is very friendly and pleasant, but the veterinarian, herself, needs to work on a few things, including her people skills. I brought my 2 cats in for a check up and shots and, without bothering to notice that they were different sized (in length and height) she proceeded to try to guilt trip me about their weight difference.

She basically assumed that I was letting one gorge himself on all the food, while letting the other one starve. What she failed to notice was that neither of them was overweight in the least, nor were either of them starving. On the plus side, she noticed a dental issue in one of the cats that had been noticed, but dismissed by Big Sky Animal Hospital.

She sent home a small sample of some medicine to apply and it seems to be working so far. Overall, not too impressed, but worth a second chance at least. She seems to know what she's talking about for the most part.

I take both of my cats here regularly for general care and vaccinations. The doctors are always very friendly and compassionate. The staff are also friendly of course and prices are reasonable although veterinary care in general is usually somewhat pricey. My only complaint is that it can get very busy in there. I've waited in line 10 minutes to be helped only to have someone who just walked in somehow manage to weazel their wait past me to be helped first.
