Seemed ok to help us with our cats. Most people nice. Understaffed. Some of the receptionists were not very warm or welcoming. Almost rude at some points. I chalked it up to being understaffed. Would we go back there? Yes. Though two different vets have us different diagnosis. Dr. Amanda was good at communicating and helping us get our one cat back in shape which we are hugely grateful for.

I have been having a difficult time with an egg bound chicken. We have been doing Epsom baths, she is eating tums, vaseline in her vent. I called today everywhere hoping for help, she is a well cared for pet. And was happy to hear this facility helped with chicken issues. However they were all busy and noone was available not even for a call back I litterly will never go here to this place and will never recommend either.

Had my cat neutered. Did the required pre-op with vaccinations and labs. Had my son drop the cat off this morning so I could go to work on time. Picked my cat up and they gave him a booster too early. Boosters are due 3-4 weeks from the original. I did not discuss my cat receiving this vaccination booster with the vet at the pre op. This was not in the estimate and added an extra $83 to my bill. Use caution with this clinic as they add services and charges without consent.

I go here regularly, but have went to a few other vets. Here they have many openings and have an accommodating schedules/hours. They are reasonably priced and do a good job of giving quotes and talking through options and giving you time to make decisions. The vet I typically see does a GREAT job of giving real advice verse trying to sell you on the most expensive options. Although, I did have to wait quite a long time for the vet last time I was there, but it was the first time clients were able to go back into the building since Covid so that may be why.

Dr Kim was extremely thorough with my kitty Mimosa. She had been fighting an respiratory infection with no relief for nearly 4 months and I was desperate for some relief for her. Dr Kim put her on Baytril and she responded positively within a day! She was acting so much happier within 2 days, which made ME so happy! I am thrilled with the great service she provided for my feline family member. I would highly recommend her!

The staff are doing fantastic work given the changes that had to be made because of Covid. The team is running in and out of the building with our pets, paperwork and payment even during these very hot days. Despite all of that they are working hard to keep to the schedule and most of all taking great care of our fur babies. Thank you to everyone
