Kittens are super fun, loving and entertaining. Kitten care does involve some amount of hands-on attention from human family members.

They're great but. They have a great vets that take great care of the animals. Seven Hills is also a hospital and have amazing urgent/emergency care. However, in order to make a regular appointment outside of emergencies it is almost impossible! They have been so much better than other vets I've gone to. Now for the bad stuff: They don't answer the phone, they don't call back after several messages were left in a span of two days, and they don't respond to their online appointment requests. I've been calling and trying online for two days but haven't heard anything back.

We live seven hills vets. I've had many of my pets cared for and sometimes humanely euthanized due to sickness and seven hills has always been there for us. My girl Gertrude was recently seen for yearly vaccines and a wellness exam and the vet made us feel welcome and appreciated. My girl Gertrude has been through so much trauma in her young life prior to adoption, that her care is of utmost importance to me. and I get that from seven hills vets and staff. Thank you all for helping my girl stay happy and healthy

I took my kitten here for her first vet visit after being adopted from the shelter. The place was clean and nice. The veterinarian and his assistant were great. The receptionists were nice as well and my kitten wasn't worried at all.

First and foremost, they have a partnership with the Denver Dumb Friend's League to see recently adopted animals, which is awesome! Secondly, if you have a nervous pet, they will absolutely get on their level! Stanley has been seen twice at Seven Hills, once for his free visit after adoption, and secondly for his yearly exam! Dr. McBrierty saw Stanley this time and she spoke so calmly, did a very thorough physical exam, and also sat on the floor with him.

He got a treat at the start of the visit and pretty quickly she was able to pet him. This is great because he is more nervous of people than other animals. I always make appointments online as most of the time their phone is ringing constantly. They get many calls and do their best to answer as quickly as possible. It's also convenient to take Stanley here, as in case of an emergency, they have his medical history readily available. You can tell their employees really love working with animals as well. They were happy to see Stanley!

I chose this Veterinary Group after my Vet of many years retired. They have the same office fee as other Vets in the area and have all of the equipment to do a full evaluation. They are also open on Saturday and a Saturday visit before 3PM (I think) is considered normal business hours. They were open during the Pandemic and kept my old dogs going. I feel like my dogs like to wait for the weekend to get hurt or sick and I have some comfort that I am taking them to a place that knows them.

When our vet of 20+ years retired and closed his practice due to Covid we weren't sure where to turn for our dog and cats. We had used Seven Hills for an emergency visit once so we went there for routine shots and exams. They aren't cheap but they are very thorough and knowledgeable. I know my pets have excellent care at this clinic.

Took many rings before the phone was answered. Even though my dog hadn't been there for several years, they put her in ASAP for an ER visit. When I arrived, I understood why it took so long to answer my call. Receptionist was alone and very pleasantly helping a very persistent new caller. She patiently answered all the questions while 2 clients were waiting to check in.

Even though she was alone the whole 2 hours I was there, she kept her composure and professional attitude. ER animals kept on coming and the techs were great, also. The vet was very nice and clearly explained the diagnosis. Thank you for the great care!

I've been taking my pets here for over 15 years and I've never been disappointed with them. One of my dogs was hit by a car and they saved his life. Every pet of mine that they've seen has received the best medical care and it's very apparent just how much the entire staff cares for animals. If you're looking for a reliable, genuinely kind and caring veterinary staff then Seven Hills is most definitely the clinic for you!

They were able to see my pup within a couple hours of calling. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and compassionate. The doctor was very competent and advised an anti inflammatory med and a wait and see approach for my dog's limp rather than costly testing and interventions. A day after the visit, my pup is doing great, his limp is gone. I appreciate the thoughtful treatment!

My cat was having issues of not eating, drinking, or going to the bathroom. I took him in and was able to drop him off right away so they could start working on him. The techs that I dealt with were very nice and professional. They made me feel comfortable leaving my cat with them. Dr. Magnone was absolutely incredible and so professional when talking to me about the issues going on.

She always gave me options of what the next steps could be and gave me her opinions on what should be done. She was very responsive and seemed like she genuinely cared about my cat getting better. I was able to get my cat 5 hours later and he is now doing much better. I will definitely be using this hospital in the future.

This location would literally rather do absolutely anything other than answer your call. If you call, first you will have to listen to an unnecessarily lengthy recording telling you which number to press after which you will just be sent to a voicemail. At no point will you actually talk to a live person, all you can do is hope and pray these people call you back.

If you are calling during typical working business hours, are pressed for time or calling on your lunch break, just don't even bother. Interactions with this hospital could be simple and quick and helpful, but they choose to make it the opposite experience by only allowing you to interact with a voicemail system. The best thing about this hospital is that they actually do keep decent business hours

I'm honestly thrilled with this vet. My cat broke her humerus and the same day I was able to get her in for X-rays and on some medication until she can get her surgery from them. They were super friendly, understanding, and very efficient. They got her in as soon as they could for her surgery which is amazing. I'm new to Colorado so I was very thankful to be able to get Storm into a vet.

First if all I wanted to say Thank you to your Amazing staff, From the moment they answer the phone they show you they care about saving your animal life and not just getting the money. I first came here the end of May my Almost 9 year old Rottie had Pyometra, she needed surgery fast, time was running out as we were sitting outside a different Animal emergency Hospital that was just making it impossible for us to afford surgery.

We called and I'm very thankful the lady that answered my phone called helped us, she gave us an estimated that was half the cost the other hospital wanting to charge. We transfer Ruby here It's been 4 months since Ruby surgery and she is back to being my little happy pup all thanks to all your amazing staff. On August 29 we woke up to my older dog Diamond had passed away in her sleep.

I was devastating since she was with our family for 15 Amazing year's(Ruby Mom) I remember shaking looking for the number on my phone to call your hospital. the gentleman that answered the phone this time was very understanding we had just lost such a big part of our family, by the time I had hung up that call I was still very sad but I had a piece of mind my baby was in good care.

He made us an appointment to bring her in and have her cremated. They told me with 7 to 10 days she will be ready for pick up. 2 days after They were already calling me to bring her home THANK YOU FOR SUCH A FAST SERVICE. I will never go to another Vet. Thank you to all the staff at Seven Hills Veterinary hospital. thank you for all the love and support your stuff has giving us in some of the hardest time in our life.

This place is incredibly disappointing and lacks compassion. It's unfortunate this is the closest emergency option for us which proved to be useless as they turned us away at 10pm due to "patient capacity". They didn't even bother to ask us what the emergency was, just left us outside behind locked doors and told us to go elsewhere. I'm sure they. have great vets but don't count on any service or compassion from these people unless you have an appointment.

If you're short staffed, close your doors at a certain time and don't advertise yourself as 24 hours just to waste people's time that actually need emergency 24 hour assistance.

Completely careless service. Took my dog in with a giant swollen leg and they had "no idea" what was wrong. Said it could be a spider bite. They put him on antibiotics and pain meds for a week. When I called after a week to tell them those meds did not help and to ask for another round of meds they ignored my calls and emails. We're to careless to. even send over records.

Now that I've taken my dog to the ER they found a huge mass in his leg and are testing for multiple different kinds of cancer. They say it doesn't look good, wish seven hills wasn't full of narcissistic staff members. If you want your pet to live, wouldn't recommend this place.

This has been the last visit for at least three of my dogs (a handful more for another member of the family). And I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are truly compassionate in everything that they do, knowledgeable, and very good at explaining procedures and options. Of course they can never directly answer yes or no when the time has come. but usually when you're asking it's because you know the answer is yes.

We recently said goodbye to our Soldier on Memorial Day and although it is never easy on those of us who get to walk out of there, the vet techs and dr were stellar and had paperwork ready to go so we could just focus on saying goodbye (for now). Thank you for always taking care of our family, especially those of us with paws. So much love and appreciation to your team

Brought in my 11 year old fur baby because wasn't eating for 2 days and she was coughing up blood. Dr. Francis examined her right away and we determined she wasn't stable and was already in a lot of distress. I made the very tough decision of euthanasia and she made us very comfortable during the process and let us spend our baby's final moments with her. Very caring hospital, doctors and staff.

I brought my Doberman in for emergency stitches for a really bad cut and Dr. Magnone and the rest of the staff did a great job fixing her up. I was pretty frantic as my best friend Savannah is all I have and she did a great job reassuring me about the procedure. Thank you, my best friend is back at home resting comfortably.

I have used Seven Hills Veterinary Hospital for the care of my companions for many years. I rely upon them for routine annual check-ups, dental care, emergency treatment, and surgery. This is a "top-notch" Veterinary Hospital and they provide the best, up to date, care and treatment for your companions. They have the ability to do lab work, x-rays, and other advanced diagnostic procedures, and surgery on the premises. Yes, they are a little more expensive then the generic Veterinary facility, but this is a hospital and the doctors are able to perform emergency care and surgery on location.

My current companions have had three surgeries over the past few years (TPLO, Bilateral FHO for Legg-Perthes Disease, and Herniated Cervical Discs). The Orthopedic Surgeon, De. Demey, handled the surgery and after care for all but the Cervical Disc surgery where he, and Dr. Francis, referred me to the Alameda Emergency Veterinary Services Clinic (I give them a 5 star rating also).

The final results of the surgeries were remarkable for my companions and their lives are much better because of the care they received at Seven Hills. The technicians take the time to go over the aftercare instructions (exercise, rest, feeding, medication) making sure I understand them completely. If I have any questions I can leave a message and they are reliable and responsive.

Their daily operations are restricted due to the COVID situation and they are limiting access into the building. You can drop your companion off, or wait in the parking lot. Either way you will receive a telephone call with the status, diagnosis, and treatment plan for your companion. If you are looking for a "one-stop top-notch" Veterinary facility in the Aurora area this is the place to go.
