Dr Bautista and staff are kind, professional and attentive during every visit for our cat. No long waits. Records are emailed upon request, including diagnosis, visit summary, lab results, images, meds, everything. Same day emergency visit and a follow up call to check on Tabby are hugely appreciated! Highly recommend.

We have been going over 10 years to Augusta Ranch. I like the nice atmosphere, and the techs and vets are always nice. My pets leave happy! The office got me in during an emergency. Although I lost my pet, it was nice of them to squeeze us in. It always feels comfortable for me and my furry kids!

I've never had a bad experience here. The vets and assistants are amazing. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because you can't get an appointment anymore. They are always booked and when your furbaby is sick this is a problem. They need more urgent/ sick/ drop off appointments available on a daily basis.

I have taken my dog here for most of her life and today I call to see if I can get her seen today I know it is short notice but my wife is in the hospital and I have been overwhelmed and not got my pup an appointment this week I was told it would be an additional charge if they could fit her in. I said Oh its about the money not my dog. I am sorry I didn't mean to be sarcastic.

But the lady didn't care she said have a nice day and HUNG UP THE PHNE ON ME and not just tell me it is policy and it is Saturday SO RUDE now I have to find a new vet and my dog suffers until then I think this is the worst customer experience I have had ever

We have been going to Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital for 15 years. They love our fur babies as much as we do. Awesome doctors, awesome support staff, best veterinarians in the Mesa area.

Took my dog to get seen here because he wasn't eating much at all, and his eye seemed to be infected. They told me it was allergies and gave him some eye drops for his eyes and some antibiotics. Took him home and the next day he wouldn't eat at all and he threw up. I had to force his antibiotics down because he refused all food. I called them and asked if we could have him seen again and the doctor there said she didn't have time.

I tried to get him to the ER because I felt that What the doctor told me was way off. Well they definitely were because my dog didn't live another day and passed away. Found out that he was more likely a diabetic and he just went down so fast there was nothing I could do. I feel that they didn't provide my dog with the care he needed and if they did I would still have my best friend.

This was our first visit and it was to establish a relationship. We were taken into a private room immediately and the entire visit was quick. The vet came out and reviewed his findings with us. As a first visit, it was a positive one.

They were amazing with my shy, skittish girl Athena. They make sure she was comfortable all the time, make sure lobby was empty to take my dog in and out, they came to my car to get her in and escorted us back to the car to help get her in. I am definitely very impressed with the professionalism and caring. Will recommend to anyone.

Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly the vet assistant was very hands on loving with my Bella Rose!

The receptionists and techs were upbeat, courteous and kind even though they were very busy and short staffed. Dr. Bautista was wonderful and took the time to discuss all my concerns and options for my cat. They even called the next day to see how she was doing.

Super kind staff who took the time to alleviate my fears about my dog. They were very gentle and took the time to help me understand my options and how to help him and made sure I had plenty of information and help. My dog Moose is doing better since seeing the awesome vet, whose name I can't remember, he was sweet and didn't force us into anything, made sure to tell us pricing before doing the procedures and exams and made sure we were happy before leaving us to tend to my boy and make him happier and calmer and put of pain.

Thank you so much to everyone from the receptionist who took the call and calmed me down to the vet tech who took time to talk to us and bond with Moose before taking him to his exam, to the vet who pet my boy the entire time he spoke to us to keep him calm and happy, to checking out and making sure we could set a payment plan if we couldn't afford it. Truly the best emergency vet experience I've ever had. I will suggest to you guys to everyone and speak praises of you for years.

The staff there are amazing. The doctor was thorough and informative. My cat was nervous and in pain, they were soo sweet, my cat stayed calm, cool and collective, he let them pet him and even soak his injured paw with not even a meow.

This wonderful animal hospital, has treated my pet and family with respect, compassion and professionalism. I unfortunately had to have my 16 year old companion put down. They worked with me on short notice and really made the hard difficult decision as easy as possible. They helped with every aspect and I can't thank them enough as it was a hard day for my family and I. I am very grateful and if you are looking for a vet clinic that provide the ultimate care for your pet the place to go.

I had a great experience at Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the techs, to the Dr, are all so friendly and caring, they all far exceeded my expectations. I was so nervous to bring in my dog. He is very sweet and loves people and other dogs. However, he can be very reactive, so if there's a barking dog, he will bark and become very difficult to control. The staff was so kind and completely took my anxiety away and made Hyde very comfortable. We will always use Augusta Ranch as our go to Animal Hospital.

Love this furrfamily physicians! The docs, vet techs and staff have taken great care of my furrchildren since the day they opened! Thank you all for the great love and care you provide my furrbabies!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, taking time to explain everything. Many informative handouts. Brodie likes them too!
