The care was great, the treatment was great, and they made my pet all better. All the important stuff went right. The people were very nice and sympathetic. What I'm upset about is that the sheet i filled out said that an email was mandatory for communication purposes, and that they would not use my email for advertising purposes or sell my email to third parties.

I really appreciated that. I would even let the email asking for a Google review slide. That makes sense to me that they would request one. But now I'm getting ads from them with their logo plastered on the top of it. Specifically doing the thing they stated in their form that they would not be doing with my email, so i can only assume that they also sold my email off to third parties. I mean if half of their statement was already not true, what reason do I have to believe the other half?

I Woke up one day and my dog was really sick. I took him here. They took 4 hours to see us. I called beforehand and they didn't mention the wait at all. They waited until after I paid the $70 fee to tell me that I will be waiting 4 hours. The vet came and left quickly she didn't really want to answer any of my questions and was rude. They wanted to charge me $770 just to do tests and see if anything was wrong with him. The treatment would be a whole different bill. Way overpriced, took forever, and rude. Never going here again. Do not recommend!

So a few weeks ago my little coco got a hold of a brownie. I had tried taking her to a hospital closer to home but literally every hospital close by wasn't taking anymore patients. So i called and said they had availability but it would be a 4 to 5 hour wait to be seen. Well I didn't really have a choice but I'm glad I did. The staff was great and we actually were in and out in maybe 3 to 4 hours. Pricing was far less than what I thought it was gonna pay. All in all I would definitely make the trek to bring her back if needed!

Spent 6 hours here for them to charge me $700 for a blood test and an X-ray. They took an hour each time to come back to me and answer a simple question. Then they wanted to charge me $6K to remove my dog's bladder stones. The vet did not provide details about the bladder stones. I did not even get 5 minutes with the vet. This is the worst place you can take your beloved pet. They don't care about your pet, they only care about the money. Also, the techs can be extremely rude if something is even slightly inconvenient to them.

Absolute joke of a business avoid this place at all cost. We were out of town and our dog was at a sitters house when he started having medical problems he was taken there by our sitter in which he was pronounced dead on arrival. They told the sitter they will cremate them and we will have 7 days to pick him up. The next day we go into town and called and asked when we can come pick him up.

They said they cremated him in a large group and disposed of the ashes and the collar. What kind of sick business does this?! No warning nothing. Made us pay 190 dollars just for them to "dispose" of our dog. This place needs to be shut down. They don't care about animals they just want money.

Avoid at all costs! They seem friendly and professional at first until they charge you $6K for services you can get better service elsewhere for less than half the price. I ended up going to another vet that had charged me $1K for the same services and my dog's life was saved! Save yourself the ridiculous debt and go to a humane vet that will thoroughly explain the diagnosis to you. You and your beloved pet deserve security and proper care.

Staff is super friendly! Really nice people but this place should not be a hospital it should be called a clinic. I've taken 2 dogs here, both dogs where not treatable at this location because lack of resources. This place is for SIMPLE medical issues. So save your money and go to a actual hospital where they have proper equipment and resource to help your love one, and I'm not even going to talk about they're financial department that fails daily to adjust or fix unlabeled extra charges that could not be explained.

Dr. Saldanha and staff were amazing! My dog Lucie was diagnosed with cancer and needed her leg amputated. This Vet performed this procedure 1/2 the cost of any vet near me! Lucie had the best care and I was informed by text and phone calls. I live in Orange County and was so impressed with this place, I will be a returning client for all of our pets! Thank you so much!

Very friendly place. Animal lovers so you know is not just about the money. They have special prices on Saturday mornings. Got the 3 year rabbies shot for the dog for only $15 bucks, I was so happy I got one for myself too. They are open 24/7 so if your babies have any problems, come on down!

We knew our sweet 9 month old Nova was in trouble when she wouldn't stop vomiting and then came the lethargy. We took her in to Arlington Animal hospital where they ran a rapid test and diagnosed her with Parvo. We decided to treat at home and Arlington gave us all the necessary medications to increase her odds. Unfortunately it was just too much for her and she passed two days later. However, The staff At Arlington didn't just forget about Nova and move on to the next pet. Instead, they sent the beautiful card and everyone signed. They treated her like a loved one and not just a dog or a dollar sign. They truly care about your animals even if they can't save them all.
