Customer Testimonials

Dr Rox is quite literally the most compassionate and caring veterinarian I have ever met. When my Annabelle, dog, was diagnosed with cancer, she swiftly referred her to Cobb Emergency to have the situation assessed. She is always very up front with you when she is concerned and doesn't charge for frivolous services for the sake of a dollar. Being a vet is her calling and we are very happy to have found her when we moved here from the Midwest.

Dr. Rox is a caring practitioner. She and her staff go consistently above and beyond. She truly has the care of our pets as her foremost priority. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Rox has cared for our cats for the last 12 years. She is dedicated and caring. She cried along with me when it was time for our almost 20 year old to cross the Rainbow Bridge. She now helps us keep our two new additions healthy and happy. Her entire Team is fantastic!!

When I moved to Marietta 2 months ago. I was lucky to find Arkle Vet Dr Rox is the best. She really smart and kind. Her staff is awesome their very couteus and helpful. Arkle is is a great vet.

We had a wonderful experience! They really went the extra mile to make our experience a step, above the rest. I feel that they do have my pets health in their best interest, giving me the information I need to make the best decisions for my pet. I really like that they don't take my pet out of the room during the visit, they handeled everything for our visit in the room with me. Very thankful for a pleasant experience!

Doctor Roxy and her team are the best. I have been taking my dog there since she was born and have only good things to say. The staff sets my pup at ease right away, the office is clean and beautiful.

You can really tell everybody there loves what they do and really cares about their patients.

We have been taking our baby here since he was 6 weeks old. We love the small town feel of Arkle and personal attention our pet gets. They are very accommodating to large dogs and willing to make modifications to devices such as E-collars to make them fit extra large dogs. We learn something new each visit in order to take better care of our dog. The entire staff is amazing and it is always nice to see familiar faces when walking in the door. I have never felt rushed or felt like I was asking too many questions. A wonderful place to go!

Very happy with the care my dog received at Arkle. The techs were great and the vet took the time to answer all my questions as well as provide me with advice regarding the care and diet of my pup. Glad I found my new vet.

Love, love, love Dr. Roxy and her staff!!!! She is very precise and spends quality time with you explaining everything to you. She loves her furry patients and cares about them. They have a very nice group of people on the staff that are people and pet friendly. She lets you know up front about the cost of services, and she doesn't do any unnecessary tests or treatments.
Thank you, Dr. Roxy, so glad we read your great reviews, and so happy we found you!!!!

We the Arkle team! Everyone there is amazing, from the front desk to our vet and all the support staff! My Dogs get the best treatment, we get great advice, and we love how much everyone cares about our pups. We have 3 dogs all enrolled in the pet plan it is a huge weight of our minds knowing their basic needs will be met without having to come out of pocket on the spot! Thanks team Arkle

From Our Website

At ARKLE Veterinary Care, LLC we believe that part of our responsibility is to help you learn how to keep your pet happy and healthy for as long as possible. We achieve this by offering high quality veterinary care, client education and a comprehensive exam of your pet. We take every effort possible to minimize stress for your pet by providing a little extra Tender Loving Care during each visit. By doing this, we hope to make your pet's visits to the vet a positive one. Many clients have expressed that their pet is happy or excited to see us.

Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best. Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs. Anesthesia: We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients.

A few simple precautions may help prevent the heartbreak and worry of a lost pet. ID tags and microchips are the two most common methods of pet identification. Tattoos are sometimes used for identification of pets, but this is less common since the development of microchips. There are many sources for a pet ID tag. One of our clients gave us this website for cute, colorful tags that include the pet's picture, address, name, chip number and contact numbers for owners. We think it's one of the most helpful tags we've seen in quite a while.

Rox is a native of Smyrna, Georgia and was educated in Cobb county public schools. She attended Georgia State University and University Of Georgia where she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in 1983. She owned and operated ARKLE Veterinary Care as a House Call practice until 2000, when she purchased Companion Animal Hospital and it became what you now know as ARKLE Veterinary Care. The original facility was taken down and rebuilt, bigger and better (and prettier!) in 2015.
