The people at Animal Medical Center have always been courteous, professional and kind. They are also good clinicians and I have entrusted my cat to their care for most of the past decade. Though I no longer live close to their office, I drive out of my way to use their services because they have earned my trust.

I just got off the phone with the receptionist 8/7/21 @ 1250pm, and that female receptionist is EXTREMELY unprofessional and VERY rude. I have never ever left a bad review on a business but this was horrendous. She was extremely unhelpful, acted as if I was a burden when all I asked was to be put on for a dental exam for my dog. This would have. been the second time using them and also the SECOND time I've dealt with a rude receptionist. A bit of advice, if you hate your job, get a new one. As for the office itself. you should reevaluate your selection in staff. I will NEVER ever take my animals there again.

Their prices were reasonable and they treated my cat well. They also explained all of my options for my cat's health and helped explain what was necessary for my cat to get groomed at other establishments as well as doing their own grooming. It was a very nice experience And the also did some things for my cat that they very well could have charged me for an did not. That shows that they care about the animals and their customers. Was very grateful to the staff at Animal Medical Center, they treated my Prima Donna with the utmost care. They were able to get her toe nails trimmed as well as treat her for her virus. The staff is always helpful, and doctor L is very friendly and down to earth. His prices you cannot beat. Today my maci was miserable and he had no availability, and was going on vacation for two weeks after today. He made a spot open for her within the hour just so she could get treated ASAP. Maci has been miserable for days and she's currently snoozing comfortably. I can't thank you all enough.
