The service was very good. The care my kitten received was top very good. The follow up visit went without a hitch. The kitten is doing well and the wound healing nicely. The only negative was the initial estimate of the cost was 2/3s of the final total. For some people that would be a significant discrepancy.

Dr. Mesecher and the entire staff are the best! During Bailey's procedure you answered everyone one of my questions. You called me when you said you would. You returned my calls promptly if you couldn't take them at the time. Your professionalism and great customer service along with your compassion for pets doesn't go unnoticed. Keep up the great work! I am a long haul trucker and had to pick up a load at a chemical company close by. They would not allow me on the property with my dog in the truck. Thinking fast I Googled for a kennel nearby and called these awesome folks. Danita called my vet for shot records and did everything else on the phone so all I had to do was walk in and drop my dog off. They also have an excellent groomer. Five stars for that as well. Prices were very reasonable and all of the employees were outstanding.

More than 20 years have passed since first entering the hospital. We had just relocated from north Texas and left behind an excellent vet. We found similar compassion, professionalism and knowledge from Animal Medical Clinic, Dr. U and his staff. Through the years, they have vaccinated, treated and diagnosed a wide range of illnesses and injuries; multiple times saving the life of one of our beloved companions. Recently, they have helped bring control to an expanding population of feral cats. They have earned our gratitude and trust.

As for my Furbaby KarenRose? Well she learned really quick how delightful a a pedi can be. This was her just reward. The best rescue pet I could ever have adopted. She was so good and so was the staff. Thanks so much. See you again soon.

Last year Rikko and I moved here from the Austin area, he's the 1st dog i have had as an adult so i wasn't sure what he needed. The woman on the phone that i talked to asked me questions and suggested what i get for him. This year I was sure his annual was coming up but didn't know when and i got an email from them letting me know it was time and there was even a little button that i could add it to my phones calendar so i won't forget.

Also the email told me exactly what was needed. The staff was so friendly and made rikko feel welcome. They took the time to talk to him and calm him down before the shots were done. Even when i move back to Austin i think i will make the trip to kingsville for Rikko's annual appointments.

Overall it was an okay experience. The lady who checks you out isn't very friendly and it really smells like pee in the lobby and exam rooms. I know it's an animal clinic but I've never been to one that smells that bad. I had to wait 30 minutes to see the vet so it was just nauseating waiting. Doctor, tech, and the girl who checks you in were all very nice and friendly. And took good care of my dog, which is all that matters!

New to town. Bo got transfer records, got his updated shots and med check to establish care plus a groom. Excellent office and medical care. Highly recommend.

From our Cocker Spaniel, Max's first visit, the staff and vets at Animal Medical Clinic have gone above and beyond with the attention and care that he needs. He has really bad anxiety and the vet techs know just how to calm him every visit he makes! Not to mention they actually answer their phones and return phone calls with no hesitation! Our pets are like our children and Max always leaves with a pup smile on his cute little face! Their patience and determination to make every animal feel at home cannot be compared to!

Very content with my service. I haven't had any problems at all. The ladies at the front office are wonderful people very good communication skills. My veterinarian Dr. Underbrink is an awesome person. He answered all my questions. Very content when he told me "if my caine had any changes, for me to call the clinic."
