Animal Medical Center is a well-established, full-service, small animal and exotics veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care since 1983. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required.
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
Our receptionists are always glad to help our clients make an appointment, get a medication refilled, or answer any number of questions regarding the care of a pet. Our technicians are excellent in helping to get your pet to and from the exam room, and they help to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for you and your pet.
Firstly, our pets can't speak, they cannot tell us if they feel off color or unwell or have any other indicators of internal illness. We need to examine them every 6 months as well as run some routine screening tests to detect underlying disease BEFORE it is clinically apparent. Use the age chart below to find your pets age in "people" years and the screening testing recommended for each stage of his or her life. We believe the following tests give us the best chance of helping your pet's live longer, healthier lives.

We adopted 2 kittens and have 2 of the sweetest young adults ever; because of the love and positive attention they received while in their care. We have taken our cats to the Center for their animal needs since. Great staff and caring individuals. If you have a choice between here and Tiger Point, do you animas a favor and visit the Gulf Breeze Animal Medical Center.

Terrible customer service. Rude front desk lady, wish I had caught her name. She is going to keep driving away business and scoring you 1 star reviews. Certainly the least empathetic or caring staff I have ever encountered. Also bogus charges for services that weren't rendered. This place is far more expensive then other vets in town, but the impression given is that the $$$ is all that really matters. Please take your fur babies elsewhere for their sake and yours.
