Animal Kare Center - Niki Henderson

Our boy, Jaxon, has come to the Animal Care Center Doggie Day Care since 2017. He loves going to see all his "friends" which includes the wonderful staff. He goes twice a week and I know he wishes he could go more often. He wimpers, cries and almost talks in the car going to day care. This is the only time we see he get sooooooo excited. You can tell the Doggie Day Care staff genuinely loves our boy and we would never consider taking him anywhere else. Thank you to the Daycare staff for all your hard work and genuine love that you give to all of our dogs!

All of the staff care deeply for our furry friends! Our dog enjoys his day care time and we trust they will take care of him as if he was theirs.

Having moved here recently, one concern was finding a good Vet! Not only did we fine a good Vet, but as it turns out we found a great one. From the Veterinarians, to the technicians, to the people on the front lobby desk, they are all friendly and professional. My dog doesn't even mind be there.

I was just thrilled with Dr. Hilden! She's so very knowledgeable and my kitty Trixie just loved her! If you have a cat this is definitely the place to go! The assistant Lucy made our first visit wonderful. My kitty needed serious bladder surgery but they made the process easy. My kitty came out of surgery and still isn't in pain 2 1/2 days later! My cat is calm and doesn't even act like she went through a difficult surgery.

Her incision is very clean. Very compassionate! Dr. Hilden's tech is very nice too. I think her name is Jen. And Alice is just so very kind at the front desk! I'm so VERY thankful we were referred by a friend to see Dr. Hilden. THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE THIS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Best vet I've been to. The staff are outstanding, friendly and care so so much! I really feel the small town love from this clinic and I couldn't be happier with them. Emelia is a total sweetheart and is always amazing, and the doctor is the most caring and passionate person I've met. They put 110% into the animals that they see and make sure the owners have all their options on the table. They spent so much time helping me get my baby into an affordable surgery and I could not be more thankful. Thank you all!

This was my first visit to Animal Care Center, I was impressed with the vet, Dr. Jennifer Martin and her vet tech, Lucy. The way they examined my dogs and handled my concerns was above what most vets do. The prices are a tiny bit less than what I paid in the Bay Area of California. I'm finding in Arizona with vets, you get what you pay for. Spend the extra few dollars if you love your animals.

These folks are intelligent caring professionals. I trust this vet. I highly recommend them. If you find it too costly because of certain treatments, they work with you so you can afford to take care of your animals.

Each and every staff member was so kind and helpful with our older dog who had heart failure. They made her comfortable and even accommodated squeezing us in during times of need over her last few months. And now we're taking our new puppy here and they are just as awesome making her puppy shot appointments easy peasy! The vets and vet techs spend time with you, really helping you understand things and making sure your dog feels at ease. The front office staff is also very sweet! I highly recommend bringing your pets here, you're in good hands!

We moved to Green Valley in February with 2 cats. One of our cats has a couple of medical conditions which require medications and close monitoring. We're really glad we chose ACC team to care for our cats. The quality of care they receive at ACC is the level they received back in IL. Knowing this is such a comfort!

Our first initial appointment was to get our English Bulldog seen to have his large calcium mass checked and scheduled to be removed. We were blessed to see Dr. Wong, and she removed the mass the same day, while we waited in the appointment room. She was able to remove it without sedation, which we were worried about, him being 10 years old come next month. The price was half of what Orange Grove Veterinarian was going to charge. We are very pleased with Animal Care of Green Valley. This is certainly our new and indefinite

Everyone at Animal Care Center has been wonderful! Had an urgent and worrisome situation with my pet and they were very accomodating. Vet tech was hospitable and professional. Dr. Huang was great! She was empathetic, warm, and thorough. Very impressed with the service! Won't take my pets anywhere else.

As usual they are top notch! Dr. Huang is wonderful with our Abby! She has the midas touch! HIGHLY recommend the entire clinic! Her vet techs are amazing!

Vet Tech, Everett, was friendly, kind and responsive to my questions. Dr. Huang was stellar in approaching my pup and understanding his anxiety. The follow up in checking in to see how he was doing was appreciated. Very happy with the service and kindness.

They take great care of my dog. They explain everything and take time to answer questions. Prices are reasonable.

Little doggie had an infection in a private place. Very nice vet fixed him up good. Expensive, but worth it to us. They still are using Covid precautions.yes!

Animal Care Center of Green Valley is the best veterinary clinic. I currently have one dog named Sugar Puff. However I have been a customer since 2008 with my older dogs that have since crossed the Rainbow Bridge. All of my interactions with the staff have been awesome. All the veterinarians are compassionate and knowledgeable as well as the front desk and the technicians.

Just fabulous! During my dog's visit I am given all the options available and if a procedure is required I am given an estimate. I even get a phone call the next day from the staff checking up on Sugar Puff after her procedure. My own doctor doesn't even do that! My dogs are part of the family and I want the best care for them and I feel Animal Care Center provides that.

I live in Green Valley and prefer to 'shop local'. Animal Care Center not only cares for our pets but also participates in community events. As far as I'm concerned Animal Care Center is the best vet.

We love Dr. Huang! And so does Molly, our Cocker Spaniel! We are new to this area and our very happy with our new Veterinarian!

Went to animal care center of green valley today. Took my cat in and met with Dr. Timothy Krone. He was fabulous with my cat and took so much time to check him out. The staff are wonderful as well. My cat will always go to this place as they really know how to treat animals and their owners. I give them 10 stars!

In a hurry, I left a 5 star review- which they deserve, but I really should say why so others looking for a vet can see. The service of the staff, the compassion of everyone from reception to doctor is the best we have experienced. These people call to follow up after your visit- that's how much they care. I was admittedly a little put-off with the mask restrictions on our very first visit, and having to wait in the car while they took our family member inside was really bothering me, but I will tell you, despite those restrictions we got a one on one consult with Dr Krone.

It was unhurried, and thorough. He answered all of our questions, and told us honestly what he thought- not just what the diagnosis was, but what he thought personally. You don't find that much anymore. Our second visit was relaxed- still with mask restrictions- but I was at ease with the process, our lab loved the attention, and I have no doubt she was treated with love and respect.

I met and chatted with a volunteer in the parking lot, and she gives her time there because she believes in what they're doing. You won't be disappointed in the level of care and attention both you and your pet will receive.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. Highly recommend rattlesnake avoidance trains. It's fast but effective
