The Animal Emergency & Urgent Care AEUC is an auxiliary veterinary facility. We are here for emergency and urgent care requirements when your regular veterinary hospital is not open. We are available anytime day or night for emergencies or urgent care when your regular veterinarian is not able to see you right away.

Payment Policy Report

There is an emergency fee charged to all clients. This is to meet the additional costs of maintaining a well-equipped, and fully staffed emergency facility, which is open 24-hours a day. To avoid misunderstanding, the emergency fee and form of payment will be discussed prior to admitting your pet. The doctor will outline a treatment proposal after the initial examination. In some cases a full evaluation of your pet may take several hours, and an accurate treatment proposal may be delayed until then.

Wonderful staff! We were taken care of right away due to the nature of our emergency. I called periodically for updates on my cat and was always greeted by someone friendly, then was able to speak directly to the vet. I was never led to feel like I was being bothersome. I recommend this establishment for emergency care.

I took my dog here after being turned away from another local ER. They looked him over and said he'd have to be seen by the doctor before they could recommend a treatment plan. After over 6 hours of waiting in the car, back and forth inside for the restroom key at 36 weeks pregnant, they called me and said they have too many pets with more pressing issues, and I should come back to start the process all over again the next day. It shouldn't have taken 6 hours to come to that conclusion. Livid is an understatement.

I have a lot of animals, recently I've had to rush two of them there at separate times, they are the nicest, most understanding people I've dealt with in a long time, and very reasonably priced!

In one of our families most saddest moments, the staff was so sensitive to our needs. Kleenex, encouraging words and the final paw print of our 20 yesr old fur baby are just a few things I will always remember about Animal Emergency & Urgent Care!
Thank you for all you did to comfort us as our loved one crossed the Rainbow Bridge!
