Animal Emergency Hospital possesses advanced diagnostic equipment to provide rapid diagnostic results for your animal's condition, whether in an emergency situation or for continued maintenance of chronic health issues. Our diagnostic abilities range from in-house bloodwork profiles to digital radiography and ultrasound imaging.
Our medical team provides 24 hour care for all critical patients. All hospitalized patients are under constant supervision by our experienced staff and receive constant care while undergoing treatment. No critical care patient is ever left alone or unattended while under our care. Depending upon the situation, patient visitation is allowed in order to reduce patient stress. Some limitations on visitation are set in order to provide the best patient care.
The veterinarians at Animal Emergency Hospital are highly experienced in providing a variety of extensive surgical services, ranging anywhere from emergency cesareans and foreign body removal, to pyometra and bloat surgery. Our experienced staff closely monitors each patient's condition, as well as provides special attention to pain management in all our patients.
We are proud to offer a weekly dental special every Tuesday. With each dental procedure, we provide dental scaling, cleaning and polishing. Each patient requires a pre-dental exam with our veterinarian to determine if and when a dental procedure is appropriate for that specific pet. Since each pet must be anesthetized for the dental procedure, our veterinarian examines each pet prior to evaluate any health issues that might impact the dental procedure. If you have any concerns about your animal's health, please bring to the attention of the technician and veterinarian at the time of the exam.

VERY EXPENSIVE $150 off the top just to see our dog upset as they didn't refill our pets meds when we asked Our dog died because these people did nothing to help her was there for hours and didn't do anything but charge us then told us that they would not give us our dog back unless we paid the bill. I told them they better give me my dog are they gonna be very sorry cause I'll drive right through the building.

Took us in quickly. Vet explained everything thoroughly. Went over every detail of cost and treatment. All staff members were polite and friendly. Would definitely use again in an emergency.

When my fur baby got unexpectedly ill, they seen her right away. They treated her like she was theirs and comforted a worried mom. A++++

Dr Williams is amazing. I had a medical emergency with my 15 year old dog and she was able to get him into surgery and save him. I am so thankful they are awesome everyone is so nice and helpful.

I would recommend this vet. Dr Williams is the best and the vet techs Jena and Megan are great! they have always been caring and compassionate. Prices are reasonable (i have had the wellness plan for years and it is a super great value). i always appreciate them calling the next day to check on my dog after they have a shot.

Dr. Williams is amazing, she is very smart and always took great care of my pups. The prices are great especially if you call around and see how much other places charge. Great prices on preventions as well. Jena and Megan are amazing techs and really care about the animals. They all have been nothing but nice, caring and professional!

They put my dog on medications he didn't need and that were dangerous for him (something we found out after taking him to a new vet). They also do everything they can to take as much money from you as possible. We wanted to buy the medications online because it would be cheaper, but they said they would have to charge us 10$ per prescription every time.

Then when we switched to a new vet, the new vet asked them for our dog's information and they refused to send it over. However, they kept saying that they sent it. When we finally called and said that we would just pick it up, they said that they would have to charge us for his x-rays and that if we wanted they could email it but "we are very busy and you are just going to have to wait." It's funny how they told us and the new vet that they already sent it, but when we said we would pick it up she admitted to not sending it.

When we got there to pick it up, they made us wait forever, but then brought the paperwork out to us and said, "here's this, but they are still working on getting the x-rays burned onto a CD for you. They are having trouble with it." It would be faster to email it over to the new vet but that takes too much time, but when it comes to them getting money for us to pick it up, they are happy to kill time working on it.

In the end, they told us that there computers were suddenly down and that was the reason they didn't send anything over to the new vet. This is not a clinic that cares about the animals or the pet owners. They only care about making a buck.

We have been bringing our dog to see Dr. Williams for about 9 years. She always takes good care of us. We love the yearly plan and discount. Teeth cleaning is very affordable. We've thankfully not had any emergencies but when we need to see the doctor outside of checkups we are always seen within 24 hours. Jenna is great and our dog feels comfortable with her. They have been great through the pandemic. They always wear their masks and come out to the car.

I was very unsatisfied with my service I paid almost $600 they said I'm better off putting my cat to sleep. I took matters into my own hands and I actually managed to save my cat no thanks to them. She is 13 months old and she swallowed a string and they wouldn't do anything without paying them another 2,000 and I didn't have it so I found other ways for under 20 dollars.

Thank god I didn't listen to them and kill a baby because I couldn't afford what they thought my cats live was worth. So much shame on them for not trying to help a little kitten survive
