At Home Animal Care provides you with a full library of pet medical information from the Veterinary Information Network (VIN). VIN is the world's first and largest online veterinary community, where new animal health articles are added weekly by the veterinary experts at VIN to make sure that pet owners in White Plains and the surrounding areas have the most current and accurate veterinary information available.
Since our beloved pets can't speak, they cannot tell us if they feel sick or have any other indicators of internal illness. We need to examine them every 6 months as well as run some routine screening tests to detect underlying disease BEFORE it is clinically apparent. Use the age chart below to find your pets age in "people" years and the screening testing recommended for each stage of his or her life. We believe the following tests give us the best chance of helping your pets live longer, healthier lives.

Always nice to pop i to this store, I like the familiar smell, seeing the animals and fish. Unfortunately, we were in for the last time to the vet section at the back of the store. Staff were really good, we said goodbye to our cat after 17yrs. These people are good at their job, friendly also. No rushing, just do what needs doing at the right moment

Absolutely excellent service here. We tried to find wood pellet cat litter and there was none. The gentleman with lovely red hair at the till went out of his way to advise us, look into product availability, process an online purchase, and show us how to find and use our vouchers to get free and discounted cat treats. If you're thinking this all just sounds like what one should expect, it wasn't. In a world where great polite and friendly service is absolutely not the norm, this young man stands out head and shoulders.

The shop over all was pretty good for your basic pet needs. But because we had an issue in buying a pet hamster. Myself and my partner went in first of all found the one we wanted and asked if we could reserve it as we had to go food shopping, the young lady said yes not a problem. When we came back to collect the hamster it had been sold, so we weren't to impressed by the store's attitude towards this hence the reason for 3 stars only.

Best Pets at Home we've been to! Every Staff member is friendly and approachable and they always fuss over our puppy and even remember his name each time making him excited to be there. We've been to all the Pets at Homes in our area and Chippenham is BY FAR THE BEST! Wouldn't take our puppy anywhere else! 5
