These people are Angels! Every member of their staff was wonderful, helpful and kind when we needed them to be. This will be our new veterinarian.

They know me and my pets. They filled a routine prescription quickly.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Will and his staff. My little Lukey had a major issue and needed an Urethrotomy. Dr Will got him in the next day. He showed so much compassion, and I could see his excitement in doing this surgery and saving my boy. Also he was detail oriented and provided awesome communication. If your dog is in need of a vet, I definitely recommend this place.

Dr Will was great. Took my Piper right in and treated her She is special, she was born with no front legs. Her rear legs were full of bite marks. She is almost healed now Thank you all for her care

After leaving a 2 star review over 2 years ago I have to change it to a 1 star review. Reluctantly went back after my dog hurt his leg and needed immediate attention. Sadly every other vet was closed and left me with no choice. Next time I will find another choice. Great Vet, horrible staff that is very unhelpful and very belittling. Very very bad

I've had pets my entire life. I've been to a lot of veterinarians. This one has the most compassionate, friendly staff. Even when they are very busy with lots of pets and owners waiting they work efficiently and handle each one with kindness.

We have taken our fur babies here for many years. They are all so good to our babies and super helpful. Today they were booked up, but one of our babies had a bad ear infection and was super pitiful. They worked him in, took a quick look at everything and had him taken care of quickly. He's now home with medicine so that he doesn't get super miserable over the holidays. They are amazing with fur babies and very compassionate.

I took my dog here after moving and not wanting to drive an hour to my previous vet. Long story short I will be taking my dogs elsewhere after I was treated like I was wasting their time when taking my dog in for allergies. The vet basically said "he's a boxer mix they have allergies". Not a care in the world about the fact he is itching himself until he bleeds.

They also immediately decided my dog (who is a boxer/pit) is aggressive even though he doesn't have a mean bone in his body. They took him to the back, muzzled him, and pinned him to the ground. I was honestly appalled and will be sticking to Riverside Vet Clinic in Knoxville who has never once dismissed me or treated my dogs poorly. I want nothing but the best for my fur babies and if you do too. don't go here.

I am so grateful for the Norris staff who made it possible to get our Yorkie-Poo, Zeus, in for an emergent appointment on Saturday. He was suffering from horrible allergies, scratching himself almost. constantly, and would cry out from the discomfort. His eyes were very swollen and red. He received a Dex injection in the office and some tablets to give him for follow-up.

Within 24 hours his symptoms were relieved and he was a happy dog again. Thank you SO much for seeing us and treating him! Everyone there was so friendly and caring. We truly appreciate all of you! Five stars, most certainly!

I took my dog there for the first time this morning. From start to finish they ALL were wonderful. I will be using them from here on out for any of my animals vet needs. Reasonable prices too! I recommend them! The wait was not long from start to finish was about 30 minutes which I was grateful for! Thank You Anderson County Animal Hospital for making our first time Great!

I had a very sick cat, (Kizzy)& called for an appt, but was told by a very rude employee there is no way we could squeeze in your cat to be seen till Tue. That is 4 days from now! she has not been eating. and drinking. Very disappointed as I have been a patient of record with this group for 3 years for my fur-babies. They offered no help or referral & gave me the wrong # for the emergency clinic. SO disappointed & will prob find a more caring professional vet office. Btw, the office is a stinking, unclean environment. M. Wazny- RN

My cat had been suffering from an ear infection, which I thought could have been mites. Dr. Kropinak was absolutely wonderful! She quickly figured out what the issue was. She was caring, answered all my questions, also very helpful & polite. I can already tell a difference in my cat, she seems to be feeling better. I would recommend this animal hospital anyone.

Great staff.very genuine, caring, and professional! Dr. Will recently performed a surgery for us and we have the utmost confidence in the care Jake will receive going forward.

They are the best I would not take my animals to anyone else

My first experience with them was unbelievable! Dr Wills wife went above and beyond to save my pup when there was a 50/50 chance of her living through having a tumor that paralyzed her and one that put pressure on her esophagus to where she couldn't swallow. But she worked with me keeping track of her progress and medications, and Dixie lived a long great life running the farm and tumor free!

Then my new pup which is 7 months, decided to eat her toy and block up her intestines. Dr Will got her fixed up and she didn't even seem like a pup that had surgery when she come home! When I picked her up, I could tell how well treated Greta was, because she is so shy, and she loved all the ladies! Also through her surgery, I would call and check her status, and never did they make me feel as though I was a bother asking questions or checking on my girl! I could go on, but this place is wonderful!! Your babies will be in great hands by all employees!!

I have trusted all my pets to the care of these wonderful doctors and staff for many years. They have never failed to be friendly, honest, helpful, understanding and compassionate, especially when we share the loss of a beloved pet of mine. And my pets love them, too!

I love this clinic!! They have always been so good with my little dog! They are the best that I have ever been to... I can't thank them enough for all the care and the help that they have given him and me over the years!!

Just want to say thanks to the great care that the staff has given to Marley and all of my pets over the years. Dr. Wilson is a great Vet and is so nice and Marley enjoyed her visit & was so happy even after her shave which is saying ALOT. They never have pushed products or unnecessary testing, & have always been quick and I cannot say enough about the customer service. So if you need a great vet, Anderson County Animal Hospital, across from the burger king in Clinton is the place to go!

I had the most horrible decision to make today. Dr will was so patient with me and spent an enormous amount of time letting me ask as many questions as I needed to. I am so thankful for him and his nurse helping me ,and giving me comfort and letting me do what I needed to do to get me through the hardest thing to do. Bless you both.

Dr. Will has been our Vet for many years, and we could never find anyone so loving to all animals as he is! They are all so good with all our dogs, and we appreciate everything they have ever done. A big thanks to each and every one of you, for many years of unconditional love for our fur babies!

ACAH has been my go-to vet for years. They have taken care of my cats and min-pins, and were very professional when they had to help three of them cross the Rainbow Bridge. I can not say enough good things about the Doctors, vet-techs, and staff.

Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, I have taken my dogs, cats, and rescue animals there for about 3 years. Even when one gets sick unexpectedly, they always get me in. They truly love love animals and are not simply trying to get rich like some other veterinarians!

Very kind and caring staff, just received a card from them today after putting our dog to sleep last week. Very kind of them to do that.
