Excellent service, caring folks, and experienced vets. Friendly and helpful when you walk in (special shout out to Robyn!). Dr. Jason and Dr. Jamie did an excellent job of caring for our Guinea pig when she needed emergency surgery. They created room in their schedule to do the surgery, kept us informed on her progress, patiently answered our many questions, and made many follow-up calls after we brought her home. So grateful for the folks at Aloha.

I’ve taken my animals to Aloha since right after they opened. This is a very good practice. All of the vets and staff are phenomenal. I highly recommend this practice. I loved them so much that when I finished Vet Assistance training, I went to work for them. I’m long since retired, but still wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

i didn't know where else to go because i had a hamster.. Aloha accepted her. She was treated with the utmost, genuine sensitivity and care. She had cancer an enormous tumor. Dr Beckes kept in contact with me as if this was a child. Everyone at Aloha made this excruciating experience for my family as calming as smooth as it could have been. Thank you guys. i appreciate you

The ABSOLUTE WORST! Rude AF and don't even have the respect to call their clients back! I am suing them for malpractice and animal neglect. Take your fur babies somewhere else!

I took my dog of 14 years to Banfield and they didn't think to provide medication for his heart murmur. Aloha was there to help with oxygen and everything we needed in his last week. Had the other vet provided meds he might have been around longer, but who knows. My husband had been taking his dog to Aloha since he was a puppy and they are more expensive, but they do provide the right kind of care for our dogs.

They were suprised my little old man wasn't on meds for his murmur. This was right in the heat of covid in 2020 so we had to pass him off and wait in the car, but they were updating us at all times. Fast forward a year later our friend was constantly having issues getting into the vet right by his house and he knew about our experience so he switched all 3 of his dogs to Aloha.

His oldest dog was having issues breathing one day and he brought her in right away. He had to make a tough decision bc they discovered really bad cancer that was only going to be a world of hurt for his baby which was causing the breathing problem. Aloha was so helpful to my friend. I actually came and sat with him and he occupied the room for at least 1-2 hrs. no one was trying to rush him out or anything like that.

They gave him all the time he needed. They explained the process when it was time. They were amazing. Fast forward to now, we have another dog so both of our dogs go there and Aloha is still great. They have an online appointment system which helps them with the call load. Also, it helps us to quickly schedule an appointment. While yes they are more expensive then the Banfield vets of the world their care is tremendous and truly makes a difference. If you can afford it definitely bring your pets here!

I decided to give Aloha a second chance after a previously poor/ traumatic one several years ago. There’s been change in staff and drs and it was a change for the best! The staff are always very friendly and helpful and I can’t rave enough about Dr. Nieves! He is very kind and professional and will take the time to explain things to you and work with you as best as he can.

He truly takes the time with his patients and the owners with each visit to ensure all your questions are answered and you’re leaving with peace of mind and a better understanding of what’s going on with your pet. I highly recommend Aloha animal hospitals for their fantastic care!

They don't give estimates over the phone for non clients. How are you supposed to get new business if you don't provide this simple service? I want to shop around spay and neutering clinics to get the best price. I'll never be going to your clinic for any animal service.

Absolutely best vet I've ever been to. My fiance and I live 3 hours away but they are well worth the trip! We have reptiles and they are so good to them. I highly recommend them!

Yesterday was the hardest day for my self and my family. We had to say goodbye to our 15 year old dog, Rozi. For 9 of those years, she was a patient at Aloha Animal Hospital. They are the best! And are passionate about animal care. They made the process as easy and comfortable as they could, considering the circumstances. As doctors, Jason and Jamie have incredible bedside manner and their expertise has helped us keep our loved one in great health for longer than most dogs her size and breed.

Their staff, especially David, are really knowledgeable and you can just tell they pour their hearts into the pets and families that come through their doors. Saying good bye to my best friend was brutal enough that I won't be getting another pet. I will miss the team at Aloha. They are good people and are incredible at animal care. Thank you guys for everything! **If you are reading this trying to decide which clinic to take your pet to, you can't do much better. And I hope this sways you. This is an unsolicited review, and if you check out my profiles, I don't do much of them.**

I just watch a video about a lady that lives back east that took her male bunny into a vet to be neutered. The bunny died. I'm just thankful Dr. Jason and staff are so knowledgeable and caring when he sees our sweet bunny Alice. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Aloha Animal Hospital exotic animals

We had brought in a raven we rescued from neglect, who needed a serious nail and beak trim and overall exam. The staff here are wonderful and so helpful ❤ I am so relieved they were able to fix him up and explain what exactly his condition is. This is officially going to be our go to vet!! Thank you so much, we appreciate you, and so does jojo!

Can't even give a spay/neuter quote over the phone. Of course, they want to charge you for the office visit before they can give you a quote. Several minutes of her scrambling just for her to tell me that she couldn't tell me over the phone. It's for a hamster so yeah, I'm looking to go with the cheapest.

Only exotic vet in town I can get real help from. Even surgery. Even gave me a follow up call after leaving the previous day. Was very hard to make initial contact, phones always go to voicemail. If they call, you better answer. Might be your only shot to know what's going on for awhile.

I would like to thank the team at Aloha for taking phenomenal care of my kitty. The staff truly cares about animals, and they have the patience and love it needs to handle even difficult pets. My cat Lucy is not a fan of the vet, however Dr. K had so much patience with her and didn't get upset with her despite Lucy getting upset during the visit. I recommend this vet to anyone in the Spring Valley area.

Took my (not so) little guinea pig in and everyone was so nice! Dr. Knickerbocker was attentive and patient with me. I already love this place. Archie made some new friends even if he wasn’t excited to go. Thank you, Aloha crew!

Aloha is hands down the absolute best place to bring your animals. I have never found a vet that cares more. It's obvious all of the employees love their jobs. Even the clientele are always happy to be there. Every single time without fail that I have brought my animals in no matter how small the issue was I have received a follow up phone call asking me how they are doing.

They don't try to price gauge or upsell you on stuff you don't need and their prices are very fair for the level of care you receive. I recommend them to everyone I know and I promise you won't be disappointed! Although we like all of the vets I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jason and Dr. Jamie.

Dr Jason is incredible. I have three dogs and have done three dentals with him. My most recent one, I was told that all of my dogs teeth had to be pulled. Dr. Jason stepped in and only one had to be pulled! He's such a kind caring doctor and I put my trust in him for my dogs needs. Thanks aloha!

Big fan of Dr. Nieves! He's seen my 7 month old Cavalier about twice and I feel comfortable entrusting my pup's health and well-being in his hands. Aloha can get pretty packed at times so there could be a bit of a wait, but it's understandable given how many clients trust them with their pets. Thanks for taking care of Levi, Dr. Nieves and Alyssa!

I usually don't write reviews, but my family is missing our first son due to this place. We took our two french bulldogs to get their nails trimmed. They took our 5 year old boy back and then came back about 5 minutes later saying he had a siezure and they were attempt to revive him, but were not successful. Our home is missing a piece our family. If you have a pet that needs special care so they aren't stressed out, please go somewhere else and ask first.

Since my last review, my family's gone to Aloha for our Hodor's dental cleaning and hernia removal with Dr. Beckes, but I'd like to focus on their care provided to our late Dinky. After Dinky was admitted and treated at a different emergency animal hospital, which is commonly listed on their surgical aftercare paperwork, we were told to transfer him back to our primary vet.

The emergency animal hospital emailed his initial diagnosis and treatment info, which I believe Dr. Beckes responded through by texting me via their office software, encouraging me to reach out to the hospital via call. Calling shortly after the text, I was able to arrange an emergency visit for Dinky, explaining the situation and that we were transferring him for more comprehensive testing and treatment.

They were able to admit him as soon as I could get him to the hospital, and they simply wanted me to bring the other hospital's paperwork (as backup) and supplies (fluid treatment bag). Once there, a vet tech/assistant met me in the lobby, reviewing the emergency paperwork I completed at check-in and asking me a few questions. A couple hours later, Dr. Jason Sulliban called me with a follow-up confirming a few details the other hospital found. Additionally, he was able to give me more info like possible contributing health values, and a treatment plan for the next 3 days.

It was 3 days (2 calls a day) of open communication from Dr. Jason & Jaime Sulliban. They even let us visit Dinky mid-treatment for about an hour, which made us less anxious/worried about his stay with them. During that visit, I also noticed the amount of care they gave Dinky. They previously shared that he had an accident, and I wasn't expecting them to clean him, but they did! Honestly, it was this act of care outside of doing the basics in treating his condition that makes me trust them more, even if it's for our remaining furbabies.

When they discharged Dinky, they let us monitor his spirit for a day prior to us trying home care with him for a week. Once we were hopeful he'd be comfortable enough, we were able to see Dr. Jaime for an in-person tutorial at administering fluid treatment at home. After a week of home care treatment and observation, we brought Dinky in for another test panel.

It wasn't looking promising, but we appreciated the transparency and empathy from Dr. Jaime and the entire Aloha team. Everything they told us was brought into consideration. Before I forget. Thanks to Sharon and David at the front desk for their friendliness, patience and ability to decipher what we were asking/talking about when our minds were jumbled.

Unreasonably overpriced. They tried to charge me over $700 to get my indoor female cat spayed with blood work, and they would not give me an itemized receipt. Another five start animal hospital quoted me less than $200.

This was our first experience with a veterinarian and it was a good one. The staff were very busy but stayed professional and friendly. Dr. Anne B. was exceptional and took the time to answer any questions and/or concerns we had. I personally don't care for "Covid compliance" restrictions and precautions but they do well to adhere to them.

Very clean facility and the staff is extremely friendly. You and your pets feel welcome as soon as you step in the door. I love how they are very timely with sticking to appointments and not making you wait. Dr. Jason was just amazing when it came to checking our kittens! So gentle, caring, and knowledgeable! Went out of his way to give them the best care and make sure they are growing at a healthy pace. I feel so happy and reassured to know my kittens will be well cared for at Aloha Hospital

After rescuing two kittens from Vets for Abandoned Pets, we've taken both our pets to this animal hospital and had great success with them. The clinic is exceptionally clean & abiding by covid guidelines, the staff is very friendly, and explanatory about all of their procedures, they really seem to care about the animals & their well-being. Our animals do really well here & always leave healthy. Highly recommend.

My daughter found this place because they treat reptiles here. Then she got a Boxer two years ago and now we have a lab puppy. The staff is friendly and I liked the way the doctor treated and handled my puppy. They have you call when you arrive and only two people are allowed in the exam rooms. I hope they are sanitizing between customers, but I can't say for certain. Everyone, including customers are wearing masks.

This is the worst pace I have ever been. Brought two cats here to get spade and told them from the beginning that one of them might be pregnant and therefore we have to pay extra attention to her and the kittens. I told them to only do the process IF it is safe to continue. The technician told me no problem. We will give you a call to answer all your questions.

That call never happened. When I walked in to pick them up they told me both are doing good and the kittens are dead by the way. Oh you didn't know this is going to happen? There must have been some miscommunication. We are really sorry and unfortunately there is nothing we can do. At the end I got blamed for not knowing that this will terminate the pregnancy.

I just asked them: who is the doctor here? Daed silent. Also the cats had no cones, I ways thought this is needed so they won't lick on the incision. On top of that they also called me a liar. I said "I don't want to keep the kittens". That never happened. They just tried to explain their incompetence. On top of all of that I had to bring one of them to the emergency animal hospital to remove the catheter they left inside. Am I supposed to do everything and still pay them a fortune?
