Love this place. They take excellent care of our dogs, are friendly and courteous and keep you informed about your fur baby. One of our dogs had to have a tail amputated and this vet did an exceptional job throughout the process. They are one of the many area vets that offer and honor the first exam free for dog adopted from the shelter and we were so happy to have that service for our newest addition. Highly recommend.

If not for the amazing woman at the front desk, I would have been a hyperventilating wreck when I put my baby girl (dog) down. She was as considerate and helpful as she possibly could have been. The Vet was also amazing and so attentive. But that woman at the front desk saved my day! As hard as this was, she made it smoother. I am forever grateful to her.

Been bringing my dog here for a couple years, always liked the service. After the last 2 days I will not be going back or bringing my dog there. Tried to get a refill for my dogs seizure medication, went to pick it up and it was his thyroid meds instead of seizure meds. Wasn't too upset it happens to the best of us. Called to tell them it was wrong and that I needed his seizure meds today as I am about to run out and they said it would be at freddies pharmacy today. Went there to pick it up and they tell me there isn't any request sent to any fred meyers in all of Alaska.

Find out all creatures isn't open saturdays now. He has labs set up for next week he will not be going to and I will not pay for. My dog is now going to miss 2 doses of his meds because of this and we will have to restart his 7 weeks of meds before labs. Mistakes happen but this messes with my dogs health immensely. If your dog has seizures and your looking for a good vet, don't go here. Beyond disappointed after going there for years.

Always kind, compassionate, , thoughtful. Willing to answer any and all questions. Their love of animals is evident and the staff cares about the pet owners as well.

If you are going to have a mask mandate inform patients when they make the apt not when they arrive

Asked me a ton of questions and wasted like 25 minutes of my time when I was trying to find a vet to bring my neighbors puppy to when he had parvo just to tell me they had no openings for close to two weeks. He would've been dead by then

I like the approach and appearance of this place. Didn't have an appt but for those that did, their wait time was basically nothing. Not having an appt I didn't feel I was there too long. Dr. was to the point with what treatment plan she wanted to do and loved that they were making a f/u appointment as well also prior to departure.

All creatures veterinarian All Creaturs was our favorite til they would not see us after 10 +years of being customers. Spending over $3000 + in the last 2 years there. All we wanted was to put our 16 year old dog down. Yes we have spoken to them. And we also sent a self addressed envelope, and a letter requesting our dogs medical records. We never received anything. We never received a call back. This was in Jan 2021.

We have brought our pets in to All Creatures for a few years now and appreciate that they take such great care of them. We, unfortunately, just had to put down our 11.5 year old girl and they were extremely supportive and courteous the entire time. We will continue to keep our pets here as long as we can, knowing they're getting great care.

Service has been efficient and friendly. Curbside service since Covid, as a new customer I haven't been inside with my dogs for a visit yet.

Today was such a emotional day for us. Our dog of 15 years old was failing. The doctor here made room for us to bring her in. All Creatures staff and doctors are the most compassionate. Highly recommend, take all my fur babies there for years now. Thanks for all you do.!

Very safe procedures in place. You call the posted # upon arrival and let them know your names and # you are parked in front of. They come to your car and take your pet. Always pleasant and kind.

You know I am a pretty nervous Dog Dad. I lost my son in Nov. 2007. Since then I really don't trust any physician on any level, Vets included. These guys though 100% earn thier 5 stars. Straight to the point and certainly have helped my two fur babies a handful of times.

We have lived in Wasilla for 13 years and have been customers of the Wasilla Vet Clinic for much of that time. Over the years we have seen prices go up while customer service (and empathy) declined so we started looking for a different vet. We recently took our newest addition to All Creatures and was very pleased with the customer service. Although we couldn't go inside, the vet tech was friendly and attentive in the parking area.

The vet called us after the exam and took her time answering our questions while also providing a good overview from the exam. We are planning to take our other two labs to All Creatures in the future, so we will update this review as time progresses. The other aspect worth noting was that the exam, vaccination, and micro chipping was around $130 which is quite a bit cheaper than other vet clinics in Wasilla. Dr. Morgan S. was great too!

How was All Creatures Veterinary Clinic?! Wonderful as always. You can tell that they genuinely like your pet and care about their well bring. My pet Scottish terrior gets so excited when we go there no matter what she needs done. Their hours are great, they are very accommodating, their prices are reasonable, their staff is awesome, they provide curb service due to the Corona virus and take the greatest care of your pet. I highly recommend them!

We moved to Wasilla last year from out of state and I had no idea where to take my animal crew. I did a lot of asking around and decided on All Creatures. In fact we are currently working with Dr. Morgan with. one of our senior dogs. It's hard with this virus situation and not be able to go in, but she goes out of her way to explain everything to us and is so patient with what at times I'm sure seems never ending questions. I highly recommend All Creatures!

All Creatures will always be my Veterinary Clinic. I love the office girls and the vets here! They do all of our regular vaccinations, a surgery, and a neuter for our dog and took extremely good care of us and. our pets I highly recommend them and trusting them to truly care for and help your pet. They are very patient with our dog who gets very excited and can be quite hyper and we are so appreciative of that, he's so comfortable here and that says so much! Thank you always for taking great care of our boy

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr Jen took her time with my new puppy and was very thorough during his exam. The facility is very clean, and the lobby is spacious.

I want to give a huge thank you to Dr Jen and the staff for helping us through the difficult time yesterday of having to say goodbye to our sweet lady Pepsi. We have had nothing but the best care with All Creatures for all of our fur babies. Thank you so much for being such kind, compassionate, caring people.

Great vet who really love to help us and my pup. I read this stuff about the front desk not being friendly and when I go in there it's the opposite. Staff is friendly and greet all the pups and give them a petting. This is how vets offices should be. Dr's are wonderful even found the doc who delivered my pup Tweed. If you live in the valley this is the place to go

The staff was so compassionate when our oldest dog developed cancer. It advanced quickly, and my husband was deployed at the time. The doctor sat with me and explained the two different xrays of the tumor, taken 3 weeks apart. Went over all options. They emailed the xrays to me so I could forward to my husband. And at the end, the office staff put us in touch with Passages so I could let our boy go at home, per my husband’s wishes.

All Creatures is a very good vet. The veterinarians are all knowledgable and caring for our pets and we have never had a complaint about them! X-Rays, neuters, stomach issues, stitches - our pets have seen it all at All Creatures.

Friendly and caring staff, very good facilities, they are good about referring patients to specialists and open to alternative treatments. Excellent repro work as well.

These people actually care about animals, and it's apparent. They are helpful, calm, and honest about what actually needs to be done EVERY TIME. They don't hassle me to get shots or medicine that my dog doesn't need (like kennel cough or dewormers), and their prices are very reasonable. One of the ladies at the front counter, Cassie, even went so far as to help me switch over a microchip for my rescue dog, calling and email the company herself, after I had repeatedly been ignored by the microchip people and had nearly given up.

When our older dog had to cross the rainbow bridge they were extremely compassionate; a stark contrast to another expensive and popular vet clinic which shall remain unnamed. I have tried a few of the vets in town, but this is the only place I will take my animals from now on.

I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic. All the staff are friendly and compassionate. We recently lost our little Tara and the staff helped us get through it. Dr Margot helped her as much as she could and was very thoughtful through it!

Always fast and friendly. If the wait time is longer than expected they keep checking up on you and it's usually if there is a very sick animal. I've been taking pets here basically since I can remember.

Our puppy was neutered today, plus he had a tooth extraction that was much more difficult than anticipated. The staff at All Creatures is wonderful, never giving up despite an extended amount of time and effort to remove this tooth which was starting to cause damage to the roof of his mouth. All Creatures has taken care of our dogs for the past 15 years and they are the best!!! Thanks for all you do.

LOVE All Creatures. We first started taking our animals here when we adopted a cat from the animal shelter, and received a voucher for a free health exam, and we got hooked. We now take all of our animals here, our four dogs and four cats. Their prices are very reasonable, and I'm always able to get appointments rather quickly. They've always been so good with my animals, and never tried to pressure me in to additional services that weren't necessary, just to make extra money.

I've used these guys for probably 30 yrs now. The veterinarians are terrific and friendly and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. Always terrific service and they cannot be beat

All Creatures Veterinary has been a wonderful help for this first time puppy owner. They have helped me raise a happy and healthy dog while assuaging my fears and providing excellent care at a reasonable price. I couldn't have asked for a better vet!

Two of my Great Danes have been treated here. First was for a cyst on my female Dane's tail. Second time was to have my male Dane neutered & microchipped. From the first phone call, staff was very thorough with requesting all information regarding my pets. New patient forms are easily accessible via their website & they also have a patient portal called "Petly" which contains all your pets' medical records.

Their reception area is clean & organised. There are toys & some pet supplies available for purchase. The exam rooms are clean. Staff was very thorough explaining services & surgical procedures. You can even obtain copies upon request. Staff was also very thorough with providing aftercare instructions as well. Anyone who knows me personally is well aware that my Great Danes are my best friends & high end medical care for them is my number one priority. All Creatures Veterinary comes highly recommended.

I highly recommend All Creatures Veterinary Clinic. We have used them several times for both of our dogs. They are thorough, thoughtful, caring and compassionate. Won't go to any other vet, simply the best.
