An amazing surgery. They've had my dog overnight twice, kept us updated in the evening and first thing in the morning. Both times he came home feeling better and happy. Reception staff are brilliant too. Always happy to help. I trust this surgery 100%.

The incredibly kind All Creatures Healthcare staff helped me through a difficult time with my beloved pet; they really understand how much we love our little friends. You can tell that every single person working there cares very deeply about each individual animal brought into their care. Thank you so much, everyone

Gave me a bill/estimate of 800. I double checked does this cover everything and the vet answered with yes. I paid 500 in cash only for them to tell me I still owe 800. Woman on the phone was very rude from the beginning not letting me explain the situation. I asked to talk to the vet about it as we had discussed the costs and procedure for my pet, to which the woman on the phone told me that she won't put me in contact with him. Then threatened me with a debt collector. Disgusting service.

I took a wild rat I found that had been poisoned, explaining it was hemorrhaging, suffering desperately and needing quick euthanasia. The receptionist kindly agreed to accept it and I was asked to leave the rat at the door, a staff member told me a vet would see it shortly. I sat in the car park for 40 minutes, not wanting to leave until it was handed over to a vet.

I called again, asking when it would be seen and was asked " the rat". The message hadn't got through. The rat was left suffering in unimaginable pain. I offered to pay for the procedure, this was declined and I was informed it would be treated as a wild animal. I fully accept it was busy, probably with skeleton staff, however if this had been a domestic pet it would be unacceptable.

I am grateful the rat eventually had a humane end, but in my view it was exposed to unnecessary prolonged pain through poor communication and a definite lack of urgency on the staffs part.

I took my poorly dog in last week, the vet I saw was absolutely lovely, really sympathetic and explained what my options were. Unfortunately it became clear that my little dog was too poorly and it was time for her to be put to sleep. I cannot praise the vet highly enough for her patience, understanding and for the lovely card I got from the surgery. Thank you all so much, I've made the right choice of vets after my recent move. Thank you.

I took my wife's pet chicken here in November and the vet we saw seemed good and thorough. The chicken became ill again and I brought her back. We saw a different vet who didn't inspire me. He may have known about cats and dogs but I don't think he was well versed in chickens. Antibiotics were prescribed and said if the chicken is not better in 3 days bring her back and he would put her down!

Chicken got much worse so I treated her myself with different antibiotics. She started getting better in a couple of days but had lost a lot of weight. So we had to feed her liquid concentrated feed as well, now she is fine and gaining weight. So in summing-up All Creatures Healthcare appears to have some good vets and some that are less so. However rather than admit their shortcomings, they try at our expense both pocket and pet with not always a favourable outcome. Maybe it's worth asking what experience they have with your kind of pet if not a cat or dog.

We love our pets, but there is a moment that we have to say goodbye. It's always a stressful moment, because they are not pets, they are family. That moment arrived to us, after 16 Years with us and we never know to deal with it all. Thank God, there are wonderful professionals around, great people with great sense of responsability and Humanity to support us on those moments. Big THANK YOU.We know that Luna would have love you all.

The vet, Roberto, breached the 2010 Equality Act. He discriminated against myself and my friend, refusing to serve us and treat our little boy unless we wore masks when we had made it patently clear we are exempt. My friend, Jamie, had no choice but to put a mask on else our rat Alfie would not have received treatment. I have more knowledge about rats than Jamie and had pertinent questions lined up that I wanted to ask, but because Roberto refused to let me in the consultation room I did not get to ask these questions.

If I'd been given the chance I would have queried why Roberto prescribed antibiotics "preemptively" when there were no signs of infection. This seems entirely irresponsible given it'll reduce the effectiveness of the antibiotics when they're really needed, and increase the risk of antibiotic resistance. Having spoken with a friend who is a former vet and particularly knowledgable about rats, she agreed this was the wrong decision.

I was very angry and had a discussion with Roberto once the consultation had finished, which I filmed as I intend to take this further. Roberto objected to my recording and threatened to call the police! Once again demonstrating his lack of understanding of the law. To think that filming him constitutes a criminal offence is absurd. We have seven rescue animals and will never bring a single one of them to All Creatures again, and I will be putting the word out about the disgusting treatment we were subjected to.

I cannot thank the team enough at this place. Thank you so much to the vet Monika who helped my rabbit Twix. She was so ill and I was so worried about her but she kept me 100 % informed at all times. I was even allowed to visit her for a bit! They really know their stuff which is why I wanted to avoid my usual vets and I was not disappointed! She is now back to eating and has been back to binkying all afternoon in the Garden whilst I worked outside.

Thank you for being so wonderful with the around the clock care you provided and for putting up with her "sass" once again I cannot thank you all enough. Here she was tonight after a busy afternoon!
