All Creatures Animal Hospital

We always have a great experience at All Creatures and today was no exception. Everyone was extremely kind and caring towards me and my 2 ferrets I brought in for a check up. The entire team went above and beyond and stayed late to help care for 1 of my ferrets that had a reaction to a vaccination. I trust all of my animals in their care and 10 out of 10 would recommend All Creatures! Thank you Dr Pan and the tremendous team for all of your help!

I bring my guinea pig for tooth trims with Dr. Pan and she's excellent. she really cares and does what's best for him. She's also very nice and explains issues well to me.

They got our rabbit Nugget in very quickly when I called. The tech was absolutely great. The doctor was amazing. Somehow managed to put Nugget at ease. Very positive experience. Appreciated.

Again, Dr. Albert sold the Hospital. I had gone there almost a decade & a half.with my personal animals and injured wildlife. Dr Albert will always be my favorite vet of all time. But again the buyers have ruined what was a stellar place to get outstanding care for animals. They don't even respect professional relationships. decided to "vote me out of the practice, "(even though Dr Albert vehemently pushed back on it!).

But they insist in the same breath that they care about YOUR animal. NO. They care about how much money you're going to drop before you leave! And "voting me out" for "being rude"(!?!?!. I never spoke to them. I dealt directly with Dr Albert!) is probably the lamest excuse to attempt masking JEALOUSY that I've EVER SEEN. Their moronic lunacy is hurting the animals.not me.

I'm STILL LAUGHING IN THEIR FACES! I don't need their arrogance. As for Dr Albert, he'll always be my favorite vet. How long he remains there will be determined by whatever contract he signed with the new owners. Loosing him will seriously downgrade an already dismal shell of what it once was. It's sad.

I have used a All Creatures Animal Hospital for many years with my dogs. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to all of the animals that they serve. They are kind, caring, compassionate and respect the pet owners as well as the animals they serve. Hats off to a wonderful crew at All creatures animal hospital at all! Dr. Sandra Adamcak and her entire team are just wonderful! 5 Stars!

Great care for birds, however, they're terrible about appointment times. Every -EVERY- time we've had an appointment, they answer their phone only after the scheduled time, & claim the 45+ minute delay for the appointment is due to an "emergency walk-in, " but no such case is ever visible leaving prior to being called in. Also, their covid protocols are still WAYYY over the top, considering they're medical professionals, & ostensibly know that cloth masks do nothing.

To each their own, but sitting in cold parking lots with exotic animals in winter doesn't seem like good practice considering the probability that they're there due to illness in the first place. But I would absolutely recommend them in spite of these downfalls, as the care received is top-quality & thorough.

Usually have a great experience however this past time I took my pet, the ONLY thing he was going for for some vaccines. They said the doctor would be giving him the shots. Thought nothing of it because maybe they were short on vet techs. The person comes out and said ok your pet did great I did a quick physical exam. I immediately stopped the person and said my dog was just in for a physical exam 3 weeks ago and he was only coming for his 2 vaccines.

The man who brought out the dog said oh.ok don't worry about that we won't charge you. To my surprise they ended up charging me $47 for a "re-check" exam. I called and they said yes we let you know on the phone the doctor would be seeing your pet for his vaccines. I told them it was never explained to me anything about an exam. She states that's our policy when the doctor sees them.

I told them I've been a customer for 10+ years and asked if anything could be done, she said no. Dr. Albert is amazing however the reception person on the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional and has lost a customer for good for this organization.

Dr. Albert is amazing! He's extremely caring, responsive to my dog's needs, and listens to owners!. Chelsea, our vet tech, has a great demeanor, knowledgeable, and very personable.

I have been taking my Guinea pigs here for a year now. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The Doctors and Vet Techs are all knowledgeable and have the animals' best interest at heart. I feel the prices are reasonable, as much as they can be for Vet offices. Would highly recommend!

My appointment was made in time frame as related to the condition of my pet. Staff had professional appearance and were appropriately friendly as I was greeted by all staff I came in contact with. Good response to treatment plan and continued care within my abilities. Follow call w/ additional diagnostic information and a more detailed follow up plan. Very happy with this animal hospital.
