Amazing service by amazing people who really care about my 8 year old dog Chopper & 19 year old cat Callie. I drive 45 minutes each way to for my pets to see the best veterinarians in the area. Please remember "Good help ain't cheap and cheap help ain't good"" and yes, they are super busy, so you might have to wait on the phone sometimes or call back. You cannot get this level of care at any other local veterinarian.

I took my almost 2 year old cat in today to be seen for an emergency visit. The staff was friendly, but I have to give some props to Cassie! She went above and BEYOND for my girl today. She made sure that Olive was comfortable and felt loved. Cassie gave Olive extra attention, care, love, and pets when she needed it most. Thank you SO much, Cassie, for making Olive's visit just the slightest bit less stressful!

I always have a wonderful experience! They have cared for my 10 rats, 4 mice, 6 ferrets, turtle, and snake! I've been very grateful for the amazing care they provide and the knowledge of the veterinarians and technicians. They have always been very helpful and supportive throughout the process of the loss of my 4 mice and 3 rats. They are always able to pick up a call and answer a question! I will continue to bring my pets here for the foreseeable future!

All Creatures Amelia is full of some of the best vets in the area. They show the utmost care and compassion for your pets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Specifically, Dr. Hogan is what I would consider to be the gold standard for veterinarians. She is friendly, knowledgeable and has a certain calming aura when she advises you on the best care plan for your pet no matter how stressful a situation.

I truly cannot say enough about her and All Creatures. We are moving away next month and one of our biggest concerns is that we will not be able to find a vet's office that will be able to match the care provided here.

Convenient and well-priced care plans that have made caring for our dogs very easy. On top of that, the staff and service are always superb. Every vet, tech, and front office staff member has always been great to work with. Well worth the drive from farther away. Bonus: they will also take exotics, of which we have a lot.

I took my turtle here a couple years ago for a bacterial infection. The reptile vet I saw was very knowledgeable in turtle health and everyone was super nice. They gave him his first shot and taught me how and when to administer the rest and he made a very quick recovery. Taking my cat today for a check up and I'm hoping for the same great experience.

By far the best reptile accommodating Veterinarian Clinic. They have Reptile Specialist there a few days of the week. And take emergency appointments on the weekends it cost a little extra but totally worth it. They have been more than helpful and treating my iguana for his mouth rot. I love and highly recommend this place to anyone that has reptiles in their family. they also do cats and dogs as well. Lol

I brought my dog in and I was extremely anxious about a problem I thought he had. Fortunately he turned out to be fine. Dr Wallace and the team were so professional and kind. She got down on the floor with him and I could tell she was an animal person because he was all over her. He was very responsive to everyone involved in his care. I really appreciated the care and kindness we received.

They run morning to night seeing as many as they possibly can. They serve Atypical house pets and have exotic certified vets that are probably the most professional vets I've bared witness to. It's worth the wait time to bring my animals here

We have been bring our cats to ACAH for 12 years. Dr Raab is great. The entire staff is very professional, polite, and kind. These times can be very trying to the medical professional, yet the staff of ACAH always rise above this, and provide excellent service. Thank you all. Gary & Christine Gregorio

Dr. Hogan puts us at ease with her compassion for our bunnies! She is the most caring vet, and the vet techs were so kind. Boarding goes above and beyond and made our bunny feel right at home. I can't say enough good things about All Creatures Amelia! 10/10 recommend :

Had a Vet appointment today with Dr. Hogan for my dog (Blu). This veterinarian has got to be one of the nicest I've ever been to. Actually, they're all pretty good. Not sure if Dr. Meakin's (both)did the hiring here or not but this group really is top notch. The grooming dept does great work as well. Really pleased here lately

My rat woke up this morning with an upper respiratory infection - We called and were told we could come in immediately to be seen. Within 5 minutes of arriving we were taken back to an exotic pet room and the doctor was able to meet with me quickly. He was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns / background information, then quickly diagnosed and went over next steps. All in I was only there for about 20 minutes - while this may not be the norm, I was very appreciative of the staffs understanding and willingness to see my rat so quickly.

We brought in a GSD to our family 11 months ago and were recommended by a family friend to take her to AC for their "puppy program". Multiple times over the past year we had brought up concerns to AC with her being underweight, stool issues, and eating feces. We were told "don't worry about it, she is fine" and "she is just a puppy, she will fill out". we decided to get a second opinion on her and took her to another vet.

Immediately that vet informed us as to her concerns about the GSD having EPI (a common pancreatic deficiency in that breed). Why was this an immediate concern for the new Vet and not AC? So for 11 months, the medical professionals at AC we trusted the most important developmental stages of our dogs life with have left our dog underdeveloped and stunted.

When I asked my self why a veterinarian would let this happen I come to a realization about all of our experiences at AC. It's all about quantity of pets they care for. Whenever we would call for an appointment we were treated as if we were interrupting the staff answering the phones, in person the reception and interactions were curt and non caring, and now with the EPI diagnosis, I can see they would rather give a low quality care to a higher quantity of animals as opposed to a higher standard of care to a lower quantity of animals.

I understand that is the nature of business, and I do not expect AC not to be a profitable business for the ownership, they are not a non profit. But at some point, there should be a decision where a veterinarian looks at their revenue goals and ambitions and quality of care they provide and finds a balance. Otherwise they are no different than McDonalds when they provide subpar service, with low quality products, to as many people as possible. TL;DR - Profits beat out care at AC and that is NOT what our family farm with 6 dogs, a cat, and many other farm animals is looking for in a care provider.

We were taking our bearded dragon here today and the receptionist was very snotty telling us we HAD to wear a mask to enter while HER mask wasn't even over her whole mouth and nose. It was barely hanging on to her chin. You demand people wear masks, at least set an example and wear yours properly!

All creatures has been my pets 2nd home for a very long time now. The staff is great and really care for your animals no matter what you are there for. They even offer emergency services on the weekend when Medvedet as amazing as they are cost and arm and a leg and during covid wait time is not 9 hours long. Highly recommend.
