We just established care with our big cane corso mix, a big sweet boy with a lot of nervousness, and we were blown away by their patience, kindness and understanding. Really looking forward to bringing him in for future visits!

Had a great experience here with my dog today! She had an ear infection, and I was able to make a day-of appointment and be seen. Each worker was friendly and made my dog as comfortable as possible during her treatment.

The entire staff has been professional, informative, sensitive and kind. I have 2 senior horses and I know we are in good hands as we traverse the senior horse care needs. I can relax knowing I have such a great team to take care of my horse kids.

They do not care about your animals! My cat was a patient until he passed away. I am not a new client. I called this morning for my new dog who is acting sick. I was rudely told they would not be making any appointments for me since my cat passed away and I did not let them know and now they no longer consider me a client. Then hung up without even saying bye. This makes no sense. So for the owners of Adobe veterinary center, remove my email from your mailing list. Not sure why you would email clients who are not a client.

Called she said "I'm sorry sir we are not taking any new clients" it has been too long since we have seen any of your animals" Okay this happens to be a new dog. I really don't need their services. I hope they realize they have just made an enemy for life.

I found Adobe on Yelp around 3-4 months ago when my poodle was diagnosed with Addisons. I am so thankful for the staff and doctors and their level of care and respect for each animal. I am grateful for the kindness they give each time and make my dog feel special. I recommend them to any animal owner.

This is the best vet I have been to in Tucson! Qualified, loving staff and veternarians. And when Banfield would not see my dog (he has been going there for 6 years), Adobe made room for Ralphie. Highly recommend!

I found myself visiting the Adobe Veterinary Center, knowing that there was not a great chance much could be done as my cat was in failing health. The staff was all incredibly caring and gracious with me, as I realized the time had come to put my cat to sleep. I was able to get a Saturday appointment and be seen the same day. Which I realize is not the ordinary as I was calling around trying to establish care and my friend highly recommended Adobe Veterinary Center. Certainly, I wished I had sought treatment sooner, and perhaps would have had a better outcome. I felt valued and considering the situation I was in, am grateful for the attention my beloved cat received.

The staff at Adobe Vet directed us to the right specialist and we were seen same day! They took the time to make sure we got where we needed to be rather than bringing us in for an appointment to refer us out. Truly thoughtful.

Please do not bring your pet here. The staff is incompetent and rude. They have no idea how to treat their customers/clients. The worst vet I have been to. I stopped bringing my cat here after far too many instances of them mishandling situations. First off, they could never even remember the gender of my cat. Secondly, as he was an older cat, he had a few medical/health issues.

One vet tried to prescribe a sedative that he could not of had and would of killed him with his kidney condition. Horrible practice. They treated my cat horribly and even in front of me, I was honestly shocked with how they handled/treated/spoke to my cat. After I made it clear I was taking business elsewhere, they continued to call saying my cat was overdue for service.

I had asked to be removed from their calling and emailing list. But they still called. Eventually he passed away about a year later due to old age and health issues, they continued to call and I had told them he was no longer with us. For six months, I continued to get emails about appointment reminders and how he was overdue for check ups. I called and called asking to not be reminded of his passing every time I check my email or my voicemail.

Never once did they call back to my final (rather pointed) voicemail saying he had passed away and asked to not be contacted with this again. The final vet that he saw before he passed (Horizon Animal Hospital), handled things beautifully. I'm honestly so grateful they were the last people to take care of him, and not Above Vet Center. They loved him there at Horizon and treated him like he was the king coming to visit each time.

They even sent me a letter in the mail and had everyone in their office sign and write what they loved most about my cat and that they were sorry for my loss. That is exactly how a vet should handle things. However, Adobe does not care about your pet and would never have done this or put in that kind of care.

I am a fan of Adobe Vet Center. They helped me put down my cat and the process was easy and smooth. They gave me my space and the time I needed to grieve with my husband. They were always good with our cats. We elected to get a paw print and a wooden box with ashes. Both have passed away since. But we have new cats now. We will be taking them back there once I get the appointments in.

I highly recommend Adobe Veterinary Center to everyone. We were visiting from out of state and experienced an emergency. They worked us into their busy schedule that very day and did a small surgery on our little Shih Tzu. Everyone there is so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I am so impressed with this office! Knowing we were from out of state and not likely to visit them again, they had 3 messages waiting for us when we returned home, checking to see that our little pooch was doing well.

We took her to our personal vet when we returned home and they said she was healing well and that she had been well taken care of. Thank you Adobe for taking such good care of our little one!

Adobe Vet Center has been my horse's only Vet for the past 14 years. I think that part of the reason my gelding is still going strong at (almost) 29 years old, is due to the excellent care and advice that they have given me over the years.

I have used the vets from both the small animal section and the large animal. The staff is rude and incompetent. I have a 3 strikes your out policy. My dog was miss diagnosed with seizures and was put on medication that was not needed and he became very lethargic. The vet said it was a side affect and we had to deal. He never had a seizure he had a vestibular episode.

The large animal vet would not listen to the farrier we use who is one of the beat in the country and travels all over. She just said all horses should be shod the same. Finally I called for a large animal vet to come help with a horse who was colicing. I knew it was probably time to let him go, but they refused to help. My horse died in the trailer trying to get him to the surgical center.

I would never use them! You have not seen one of our horses in over six years because you refused to help. My dog Chico may have been under my name or my moms. It was Dr Stofft.

The staff was very nice and the vet and vet tech was also very nice. They were all very caring. The only thing is that they are a little over priced.

Dr. Don and staff are lovely and caring professionals. They took wonderful care of my border collie /aussie with his dental work and his torn toe nail. Prices are reasonable and the care received is priceless.

Front office staff is rude and poorly equipped. They are hard to reach by phone at the end of the day, even before 5. Average on the best day,

If I could give zero stars I would. A total lack of common sense with binary, robotic answers. Citing "office policy" they would not accept my dog for boarding because his Bordetella vaccination was overdue by 9 days. Not 9 months or even 9 weeks. 9 days. Would be 14 days expired when checking in my dog. Trying to explain that I was more than willing to have the vaccination administered to my dog when he would be dropped off, coupled with the fact that he is an indoor dog with zero exposure to other dogs.

I further explained that i would be flying out of town in 36 hours and that it would be impossible for me to drop off my dog for the vaccine prior to his boarding. The response remained the same: "sorry, office policy. Your dog must be vaccinated 72 hours before we can accept him." I was hung up on once because I asked to speak to a Vet. When I called back, the girl that answered the phone said that she was warned that I would yell at her.

I must have violated the first caller's "safe space". Upset? Yes. Pin headed, lack of common sense measures will do that to a person. I was direct to be sure. Yelling however was not what was doing. I've asked to speak to the office manager. "I'll forward your message. Is there anything else I can do for you." Click. Yes, this time I hung up on the robot.

If you want sound vets, I've never had an issue. Kevin in the boarding department has been great. But, the front of the house, though, have always had an aire of aloofness; that they're doing you a favor.

Adobe Veterinary is the best. They are always friendly and gentle with your pet. I drive out of my way to go there and will continue to do so! My dog even loves going there. In the past when I would take her to another vet, she would try to pull me away from there when I walked her in. She happily walks in here and gets right on the scale! I also love how they care enough about your pet that they call after the visit to see how they are doing. I 100% recommend taking your pet here for your Veterinary needs!

Dr. Hans, Amber and the Adobe staff have been so kind and thorough with their work with my yorkie who recently had a mastectomy and several teeth extracted. Having a surgery for a pet is stressful and they or one of the wonderful techs are there to field any questions I may have via phone or email. Dr. Hans addressed my worry over anesthesia straight away and gave me options, and I appreciated that she really listened. My yorkie is recovering, cancer-free and I am thrilled to have chosen Adobe!

Adobe is a very friendly place and all the staff and vets are top-shelf! I am very grateful to Dr. Shelly Martin for her caring approach to veterinary medicine. I have every confidence in her medical recommendations for my Schnoodle. She is very personable and professional. She consistently demonstrates her concern for both animals and their owners, frequently going "above and beyond." Everyone in my family takes their pets to Adobe/Dr. Martin due to Dr. Martin's professionalism. We are so happy that we found Adobe and Dr. Martin!
