My dog was suffering epileptic seizures so I took him to the vet to get treated. He's been my dogs vet for two years. He didn't really care about my dogs health. Everytime I took my dog to him and asked for answers, he really couldn't give them to me. He prescribed medication for my dog. However, recently my dog ran out of his medication and I asked for a refill, the doctor denied me this unless I took him in for an evaluation.
I would've taken him in but financially I wasn't able to pay for the evaluation. I said to them I need a couple of days until I was ready financially to take him, I just needed a few of his medication tablets to get by as my dog needed them to control his seizures. Even though I asked if I can get just a little of his medication to get by, they continuously denied that unless I paid for the evaluation. Unfortunely because I wasn't able to do that at that moment because of my financial status, my dogs seizures got uncontrolled to the point where he would have one every hour.
As his mom I couldn't bare to see him like that and had to make the thought decision to put him down. I'm really upset with this animal hospital because although my dog was a patient for two years and they knew the worry and the situation my family was going through with our dog, they didn't care to deny his medication.

This place is a total rip off. Their prices change on a day to day basis. They do not monitor their appointment inbox online but sends emails for your pet needs. I was quoted $138 pre determined for services and was charged $249. The receptionist was very rude and told me it is what it is. BUYER BEWARE!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability Terrible Healthcare. No questions concerning my dogs health only word he heard was seizure and I immediately saw money in his eyes. Went to another hospital in the morning where they actually told me what was wrong instead of saying he has "old man heart". Thanks for absolutely nothing you heartless animal.

The animal hospital of Stone part is a very suitable place to take your pet. I've been taking my dog to get his rabies vaccine there for years. They have a deal if you come before a certain time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The staff has always been very friendly, the doctor is very nice, and they've always treated my dog very nicely which is very important. The only trick is getting into the parking lot. You kind of have to pass the place up and then come back around. Even coming back to the alleyway is preferred.

I was only coming here because the vaccines were affordable for my dog. But after today I will no longer bring my dog here. I brought her in today for an emergency visit because of an allergy and the receptionist like always showed lacked of interest to help my dog. She always has an attitude and loves to roll her eyes. I have referred many people to this hospital because they are affordable. After today I honestly rather max out a credit card and take my dog to a legitimate animal hospital were they show interest in helping my dog.

Critical: Quality, Value Take your babies(pets) to a place where they care for animals. Very rushed. They don't even try to build relationships with the animals to make them more comfortable. You're told one price at booking and at check out you'll get another. I've been here twice to many times. Won't be back.
